Keep closing my account after resolving the issue and telling me its fine

I am HIGHLY UPSET after going through heck and back with Citi Bank Executive office for the past 4 months. In March of 2021 I opened an account with Citi Bank in New York with no issues. A month later I get a letter in the mail stating that the account will be close due to something they found on Chex Systems. "Ok fine". So I find out what the issues was as an account was opened in my name (fraudulent) account opened. I contact that bank and got that taken care of and reporting it back to Citi. Citi in turn still closed my account BUT sent me a letter stating that they found me not responsable as the bank that had the account opened and sent me a letter saying they found me truthful and saying that see that I was telling the truth. So I got in contact with Citi Bank Executive Office and went through at least 3 officers over the pass 4 months till now figuring out why keep getting a account opened then close that same day after my check system is clean and I was told by the EF if it is clean I should have no problem opening an account. Each time I open an account over the phone with a banker, by the time I get a account number in the mail, I'm told the account is closed due to what happen with the 1st account even though Citi EF TOLD ME IT WONT AFFECT A NEW ACCOUNT BEING OPENED. I feel I am being treat VERY UNFAIRLY as I was a victim of fraud and Citi Bank ever knows it yet they keep telling me from the EF everything is cleared and go ahead and open the account. Then all to be told the account si close once I get the New account package in the mail. This is very upsetting and a waste of my time that I spent trying to be help. I am vey angry and would like to speak to someone who is in a higher position to try to resolve this instead some jsut a person who tells me in the Excecutive office they will invesigate and get back to me in 15 days.
