KBcarstuff is AWFUL!

KBcarstuff prides themselves on a Hassle free return policy, as boldly stated on their website. That's always a nice sign when ordering online. This could not be further from the truth. I ordered a product for my vehicle two months ago. It was not at all the right product that was claimed to fit perfectly with my make and model so I returned it confident that it was mis-coded on the website. It took one month to get a return number and mailing address and another month to get a refund. The refund was $25 LESS than what I paid. I called customer service to state what a huge HASSLE this process has been, received no help after a 20 minute conversation and a promised phone call from management. I have not received a phone call, don't have a product and have been shorted money all due to KBcarstuff's horrible huge-hassle return policy. I am pissed about terrible customer service!
