My account shows that I have €34.44 credit; however, every time I dial a number I always receive the same message "Call Ended" regardless if I dial a number in the UK, Greece, or the US. As a paying customer I consider this as "Very Poor Service", I give JustVoip zero stars and I wonder - is it time to switch to another Voip provider (there are quite a few to choose from" or will my problem be resolved a.s.a.p.
