EVERY WEEK I get 4 to 5 calls from these folks. Today I got to talk to them. Cisco from California called on a car I haven't owned in 4 years. Try explaining this to these *** nothing. I have complained to the BBB, Automotive Group and the PA DMV. Nothing. Can't something be done? Blocking them doesn't work. User's recommendation: Use the dealer when you buy the car.
