1. They never order enough of a new item. I have yet to order something when the catalog comes in and have it in stock. The people on the phone are surly and tell me to start looking online. I wait for the catalog. Geez. 2. AND, the new card system is a mess. I tried to set up my new account with their new master card system. What a mess. It isn't even online yet but it was supposed to be. I have the paperwork in front of me and it was supposed to be set up by today. 3. This is the third change in a short period of time and very inconvenient if people have automatic bill pay. Going through all the accounts we have was time consuming and totally unnecessary. REI card here I come.
