I have been a resident for three years. In this three years I have seen tenets come and go. We decided to stay because we believe in giving people chances. The office staff is unprofessional. The maintenance Band-Aids the repairs instead of fully fixing the repairs. I have asthma and so does my son and my husband and I have been living with mold for almost a year and a half. The Mold is there because my bathroom has no ventilation. I have a basic apartment. You would think that ventilation would still be a part of the apartment but is not. This month Im losing my garage due to the fact I was off of work because of Mold spores. I had to take FMLA and due to that I lost Hours. Now I know the has to be some law That designates the landlord should of took on responsibility for that but Ive made several maintenance request and all they do is spray kilts on the mole And it comes back.
