Just AWFUL service all summer long staring in June

We have basically not had internet for the past TWO MONTHS once school got out for the summer. The best speeds possible right now at 2am is 1~2mbps. From 6am till about 10pm it is unusable. We get 0~100Kbps during this time. Can't even check e-mail. We pay $100 a month for dial up.......IN 2021! THIS IS CRIMINAL, we have no other viable options in our area which is not in the mountains by any means We call rise broadband all the time just to let them know, hey, it's been MONTHS WITH NO SERVICE WTF. We get the same excuse that they are having tower problems. FIX IT SOON. I'm getting tired of sending the FCC my experience with these criminals. User's recommendation: Save $100 a month and just use a cellular data. It is a scam.
