I have ordered something from SwarmJam and they said that I'll get my order in two weeks - that didn't happen. Contacted them and received no reply. Two months later they finally sent me a message and said that my order was cancelled. Sent them a reply but no one answered. They never explained what happened and said nothing about my refund. So then I spammed their mail with my messages trying to get some reasonable explanation. Then they just blocked me and deleted my account. SwarmJam junk site!
