I received a caper ecig from startvaper.com and the battery never charged the battery has been bad since before they shipped it out. And the plug to charge the caper CIG gas never worjed I asked for a refund the same day I got it and to stop all further orders immediately. They still sent out another supply and charged my account almost one hundred dollars. They said they would refund half the money and stop the order. But they haven't. I can't afford to waste money on something that doesn't work. Very bad product. And anyone seeing this. Do not absolutely do not get this product from them
