Jesus Wept!

U might think U can get some support, information, or technical help from Customer Care, but U should think again. Waffling, totally unknowledgeable drones will leave the line to "get an answer for you" and then come back with something half-assed. "No, you cannot talk to a manager or anybody in tech support". Some '15 SportWagon TDIs have recalls on them, some don't. Why, and why are not your customers notified via mail or email, instead of having the dealer spring it on them? We suspect that Campbell VW in Edmonds, in addition to scamming their customers on the sales tax, is selling California cars here in Washington without telling anyone. Obviously. While we always thought VW made a great product - and was unfairly rolled up by the PC crowd on the diesel issue, now we wonder about not only the dealer oversight but also the corporate willingness to do things right.
