I purchased a brand new Jennair stove in June 2019 and since purchase I have had the control panel break twice on me where I have been without a stove for months, waiting for parts . I paid a lot for this oven and had no idea that it would be breaking on a yearly basis. I would like either a replacement that is different from the one I purchased. I feel the design is faulty and that is why I am having this trouble. Every time I speak to someone where I purchased the stove or when I have called Jennair directly I get no answers. I am basically told this is what happens and waiting weeks to months for parts is to be expected for a brand new stove. I am appalled and beyond fed up with this. I would hope Jennair would get back to me quickly and with a solution. I am a hard working individual that spent a great deal of money on what I thought was a good product. Boy was I duped!!! Please get back to me. Thank you.
