Jelita Menawan Sdn Bhd – False information

I did my service at Jelita Menawan Sdn Bhd in early of august for my car KEP2374. My reverse came have some problem, so I asked them to check it. And they told me my reverse camera can't be fixed, and I need to replace it. So reverse camera warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase, but they told me I cant claim on warranty because my warranty calculated in year instead of the date of purchase. Which mean 2018 jan until 2020 Dec only. Upon checking with my salesperson from Alor Setar Jalan Gangsa branch Ms Salwa, she told me it is according to date of purchase and she helped me to check on the remark written by Jelita Menawan, which is "pecah". Upon checking on the physical damage nothing is actually "pecah". I am really unhappy with the service provided and I would really hope the autjority with take the neccessary action on Jelita Menawan for giving false information.
