We have ALWAYS been told by the people working our jeans have a lifetime warranty. Which makes the price of jeans not so bad. Now my husband has a small hole forming to the left of his zipper. So Im thinking, no problem! Theyll fix that. Its not like its *** in the knee from normal wear and tear. Dont advertise it if youre not going to stand behind it. My husband and I own 2 businesses. We work hard for our money. We know what it takes to have a successful business and stand behind our promises. Its sad because we LOVE our BKE jeans.
