August 1, 2020 CNAC 12802 Hamilton Crossing Blvd. Carmel, IN 46032 Attention CNAC, My name is Ricardo Cruz And I BROUGHT a 2009 Dodge Journey and have been making monthly payments direct deposit TO CNAC and I made the Payment for may, June and july and CNAC employee claims that Bank of America didnt pay CNAC And I have my bank statement as proof I paid my vehicle and told me my car I DRIVE could get repo and this is an internal JD BYRIDER SCAM and my Bank of America bank statement will prove this for 3 payments of $437.86 paid for May 3, 2020, June 3, 2020 and July 6, 2020. from the beginning of this Sale the Saleswomen sold me a Lemon and the SUV had a Bad Computer system and Catalytic Converter and bad brakes with a state inspection sticker. I want this sale non-void and Nullify and invalidate this Criminal Sale of a used car and tricky me to buy the Black SUV Dodge Journey with full Knowledge of the Vehicles condition and just made this Lemon Sale to me and charging me $437.86 a month for A worthless SUV. the Vehicle is still with a Malfunction of the SUV computer system and no brakes and now the SUV Transmission is slipping to top off the Lemon Deal and I mainly use my Vehicle Purchased with VA Compensation Funds and use the SUV to go to all My VA appointments because I am 100% disabled and I explained this situation To the Saleswomen and I have been Ripped off by JD BYRIDER AND CNAC Company and I demand my money back.
