SUBJECT: 300 Chicago Ave Association we hire J.C. Restoration as our contractor on June 22, 2020 they gutted out our building because of water damage which which took two to three weeks to complete phase 1, We have been having a problem with them to come back to complete the job, they are. sitting on one hundred thousand dollars $100.00.00 of ours, we been getting nothing but delays J.C.Restoration we have been given several different start times and as of today J.C. Restoration has not started the reconstruction of our condo’s as of yet, we have families with kids as well as seniors missed placed from our home, our insurance has ran out which leave us paying our mortgage plus additional rent to live some place else. It is now going on 2 years, and we still are not back into our units. I have called channels 2 who came out to interview some of the owners they then contacted Jc Restoration who said they were going to take care of our matter which nothing has happen as of yet instead we are getting more and more lies from them we have asked for our money back of 100,000.00 dollars. J.c. Restoration is not a reliable company do not use them.
