Many of my old games don't work any longer, and now I cannot even purchase new games. Tech support wasted over a week of my time essentially blaming me for my inability to purchase games. I did every thing she told me to do and sheDo not waste your time and moneyDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ended up ignoring me.
