I’ve been charged for an insurance I didn’t wanted

Hello, I just made an order from your site from Tel Aviv to Milan, the order number is 181562**** I was charged for insurance and I'm not interested, it could be accidentally pressed. I want to cancel the insurance charge. And I would love for you to get back to me by email as soon as possible because I have no option to call you from abroad.
