The transportation was canceled and the vendor issued full refund. Travelocity ONLY refunded $100. The total charge was $507.25. I have been following up with Travelocity billing department for the few weeks and have been told numerous times the full refund will be issued, Nothing has been done so far and every time I call, I stay on hold for few hours, then I am told again that there will be another follow up case created and then I get disconnected. And then over and over again. I find it unethical and even illegal not to issue the refund . Please do so as soon as possible. I can be reached at [protected] Thank you .
