Items not delivered to me. Order number is 2951****. I ordered on April 27th. I have texted three times and got no response.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes/sneakers and did not receive them. Order # 2951****.When I checked delivery tracking, it indicated they were never delivered but instead were returned to you company. I have tried three times via text to get a response. NOTHING!!! I have called twice and was put on hold for over 15 minutes ad again for 25 minutes. Seriously???? Please respond or I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. MY phone is 603-738-****. User's recommendation: Do not buy from them.
