My parcel was not delivered kd stated it was delivered and described a photo to me of the parcel this did sound like my hall way but I was not in work men where there they stated no parcel was left the kd customer service man said not to blame the work men it's known that Hermes driver take picture and run back with the parcel User's recommendation: Make sure u sign for all oarcels.
