Items never received no response from customer services

I ordered several items from Leroy Merlin in June and I have been chasing four of them which have either never arrived or have come damaged. I have sent emails requesting information and help and they have all gone unanswered despite the website advising contact will be made in 48 hours. Order No 324633 only one of two items received Order No 324634 say they have been delivered but not to me Order No 322685 say they were refused delivery, but no by me Order No 076284 Delivered damaged no replacement received or refund
