I ordered an ornament on line from CVS photo, the item I received was a paperweight. I have sent emails to CVA photo customer care and have had no response. I have gone to the store to speak with the manager and he told me he could not help me or give me a refund as this item is not scanned into his computer as it was not created in his store. User's recommendation: Do not trust CVS photo to get your order correct or care that you did not receive what you ordered and paid for.
