I posted two items for sale on Marketplace, a bookcase and a John Deere tractor part. Both items were removed for a policy violation but no explanation of what the violation was. I have sent two previous emails requesting a review (no response). I have reviewed the policy and banned item list and neither item is banned. I have also called the help line (866)380-**** and a very rude male said computer problems prevented me speaking to a representative, and (650) 543-**** said they werent offering support and referred me to the help line. I was told I could never sell on Marketplace again and would simply appreciate an explanation why. Please advise.
