It won’t hit

So I purchased a njoy about a month ago. My njoy worked fine up until now, now it won't hit. The light comes on as if it's hitting but no actual vapor comes out. I've tried everything in the book to get it to work from cleaning the device to changing the whole pod I had in there. I'm very upset about this. Was expected so much more from the njoy product.
