It’s shows I am 30-60 days late on payments

My score dropped 150 points because my payment was supposedly late when it wasn’t I was directed to the wrong site twice once by aspen and the other by dental first they gave me the wrong website. I am up to date on my payments and would like that that to be shown on my credit that is very messed up when it wasn’t my fault I was given the wrong info.
