I signed the contract beginning of january (this year). Then I made the big mistake to pay the full amount in advance... When I realize that I was scammed, I asked them how much money I would have back. There was no answer, and they cancel my membership! Yes! Wonderful! I paid the whole amount and I have no membership now! Ridicolous! I want my money back, I didn´t use any service! How can you have such an attitude? Now I will expect the usual answer: give us your name and ID.. for what? Will you return my money? Or you will give again, again, and again this case to quality department?
