It really isnt that difficult to read a return policy before you buy something. Every bad review I have read for most companies is based on the fact that the customer didnt read the terms of conditions or refund policy then is mad when things dont go their way. Its your responsibility as the consumer to read the terms before you order. I ordered from tv parts today. My part was damaged in the mail. Tv parts today sent me a replacement even though they werent the ones who damaged it. Simple process for getting a replacement fill out a form get an email I had my replacement two days later now my vizio is up and running like new. User's recommendation: Read the positive things they say more than the babies who are crying over a refund policy.
