Christmas by Starlight occupies position #4 on my list of the worst Hallmark Movies. A poor libreto, poorly scripted, and poorly cast (ESPECIALLY PAUL CAMPBELL), it is one of the movies that I have twice watched only to pinpoint my critical notes. User's recommendation: Should you learn that a Hallmark move featuring Paul Campbell is coming, be sure to plan to watch something else during that time slot.
