Instadubai has a good scam going on. They will finally get you the visa, but they start by telling you that there is a problem with your passport or your photo, that you need to rescan. The point of putting these hurdles is so that they get time to pass and get you to a point where you are only 1 or 2 days away from your flight date; and you still don't have the visa. So you panick and ask them what you can do. That's when they get you exactly where they wanted. Then, they tell you that you will need to apply for an express visa (which cost something like an additional $200 dollars). There was never anything wrong with your passport or your photo. They will make up something if they can't find. The key is to have you to a point where there is no longer the required 5 business days processing time, and you can only then request the expedited service and pay that extra fee. As soon as you pay that extra $200, then everything is fine with your papers, and your passport (same papers that were not clear before). You can get that visa 15 minutes after paying the fee. Bottom line, your visa was granted, but they wanted to scam that extra 200 bucks from you. I gotta hand it to them: they got a good scam there.
