Issuing the ticket

Please help as I booked my ticket 3 days ago and money was deducted from the account and I have to travel urgently to my home country with family as my father is not keeping well. I called customer care 3 times first time they say they can't issue ticket because I have no sir name so they will first contact the airlines when I provide the necessary documents like my passport which clearly says I don't have a name . I checked my booking status yesterday it's showing cancel and then again I called the agent and she said she is trying I have to wait. I don't have any information about my tickets whether it's cancelled and still in process. Please help it's a big amount of money . Kindly revert with the status of my ticket. My booking I . D is [protected] please help and issue the ticket as I have all the documents to support my name without surname
