issues with placing orders

I have no idea what happened, but every time I ordered something I got a notification about its cancellation. I don't understand why. Customer service doesn't explain it clearly, because it's a mystery to them too, probably. But I would like to finally place an order and I want you to look into this matter and tell me what was the reason for this mess. I think it's a system error, but you know better, certainly.
