I called checkngo to see if I could like refinance did application over phone, I live 30 miles from the closest office in Las Vegas nm, so we do everything n she tells me if I pay 683 I qualify, so I was approved right!! I get to office and give everything they asked for, I'm there for almost an hour just to be told that because they can't get a day for my payment because the computer won't accept my application, come on really I even had more income to report, and it was just an ABSOLUTE waste of my time, you shouldn't make promises you can't keep!! She told me it was a done deal! User's recommendation: don't make a person go in thinking its a done deal just to find out its not once you get there.
