Issue with tickets for twice rescheduled event

Bought eTickets back in Nov 2019 for Michael Buble. When it got rescheduled to 2020, I changed delivery to paper tickets. Still not received. Concert rescheduled twice more. It is supposed to be 9/11/2021 but no tickets and nothing but stock response to change delivery. I CANNOT CHANGE!!! Since that time, I have a new credit card number and a new address. It is a brand-new neighborhood. Having issues getting mail and deliveries. I need etickets again or a new address to get these tickets in please
