I have ordered a smartphone from banggood almost a month ago and it is still on processing and hasn't been shipped yet. This is really frustrating and I am desperate for the new phone. The customer service is the worst and they never resolve the problem or atleast come up with a possible alternative. Really disappointed with the purchase and customer experience. I want my order sent to me as soon as possible. Because I have already waited for more than enough. User's recommendation: Please don't buy anything from this site.
