Issue resolving an ongoing issue with home gym

I called in and requested to pause or freeze my account if possible and I was told it was and it would be pause for three months or until I can make it in because I dont want to cancel my account but I cannot afford the payments as of rn due to medical issues/ COVID interfering with my usual monthly earnings. So I have been charged the last two months and will be charged again this coming month which leaves me with next to nothing to get by on.
