I purchased food at a Chilli's restaurant in West Monroe, Louisiana on July 9, 2021 at approximately 2:00 PM. Terrible and unacceptable food, service, etc. Worst experience at a Chilli"s I could possibly imagine. The waitress said she could not provide me with a paper printed receipt I need for a reimbursement. Can a receipt be obtained through my Chilli's Rewards account activity records.
