I have never written anything bad about this bank since I used it for 5 years and truly enjoyed it until this time. I had to send a check of $40K to the IRS and managed to do it, as I thought at first. After a few days, they contacted me and told me that they did not receive anything, and now I was even in more debt. What to do? I called the bank to figure out where my money was, and I was disconnected dozens of times. I swear I almost lost all my nerves trying to reach their customer support team. Fortunately, I solved the issue the same day because I was connected to a young lady who fixed my problem immediately without redirecting me. Thank God, my funds are safe and sound. Imagine losing $40K!
