I don't think Weather Channel has contacted me. My complaint was that when I go online to weather.com I repeatedly get pop-ups preventing me from checking hourly forecasts. I presume some person or persons decided to do this, greatly irritating me and I presume large #s of others. So I'm not checking weather.com nearly as often as I used to do and will continue to do this for the indefinite future futuref User's recommendation: do not use weather.com.
