Irresponsible staff.. not interested in helping customer

I have a problem with my radio screen.. went to Perodua service center rawang medan Prisma.. ask me to call and contact vendor myself.. didn't even offer to call or help get back to me.. my radio is still under warranty.. and ask me to deal myself.. As a customer I bought my car from Perodua.. not betamek. I have no idea that I need to call vendor.. If that's the case I am truly dissoppointed with your service..
