IPhone should’ve been paid off

I called last week on the 8th of April and someone told me that my iPhone was paid off on the 10th of April and when I called back this week Im hearing a different store like i dont understand like my shouldve been paid off with that 15.66 getting took out my banking account every month i had this iPhone for a very long time
