Hello, my name is Alex. The thing that I do not get is the negativity put towards Iowa steak Co. I have been a customer for roughly four years out of the Washington state office. In this time I have purchased numerous times and have never had an issue with the product that hasnt been resolved by the costumer service reps that they have! If my steaks EVER got freezer burnt they ALWAYS replaced them! I stand behind Iowa steak company to the fullest! And to future customers that get on here to check it out please understand that Iowa steak is a nation wide company and has thousands of repeat customers therefor there are going to be people that dont like it but llease understand that the people that love it DONT get on to complaint boards because tbere is absolutely no reason for them to get on a complaint board and complain about getting restaurant quality steak for next to nothing! So please try it out and I assure you that you WILL NOT regret it!
