Invoice for products not ordered

I received an email notifying me of a billing for products I had not ordered. I was unable to contact Malwarebytes directly to establish whether this was a scam or a genuine attempt to bill me, and to get it cancelled. I have tried twice though pissedconsumer.com, but so far no response at all from Malwarebytes. User's recommendation: Don't accept poor customer service.
