Interruption in Service

interruption in service has been going on for me for the last 6 months +. I have contacted them at least 6 times and nothing is done. If they can reset my TV from there office Why does the problem continue. Mean while the monthly bill keeps coming in. I think it's time Shentel is relieved of there problem.
