I have called tech support several times because I keep getting spam e-mails all day long. They are supposed to have a spam filter. So far today I got a total of 40 spam e-mails. Talked to several women today and someone was supposed to call and get a filter put on my account. When they tell me to hold, I sit and wait for 10 minutes and get disconnected. The same people come back on the line and I have to go through the whole thing again explaining why I am calling. Windstream has NO support what so ever.
