Yesterday, 6/9/21, I had to give up ordering online and trying to arranging pick up for scrapbook replacement sleeves 12" x12" in a small quantity. They were not availabe for shipping and unavailable in the store. Today when I went to the site, they appeared automatically, BUT were the wrong size. When I realized my error, luckily b4 completing the order, I hit "edit" under the box for number to be ordered. Nothing. Hit again...nothing. Finally backspaced and deleted the number, clearing it out of the box. Was unable to proceed as the item number remained in my cart. "Live Help" - went to a BOT, which is not LIVE HELP! Finally gave up and went to a site that was much easier to order from. Maybe that's why Michaels has a 2 star rating out of 5.
