i have had italk for 2 months and the first month they took 187 I thought it might be some charge I hadn't accounted for but today they tried to do it again so I had the bank stop payment 20 pound a month its supposed to be scanks?i don't know how to get my money back I'm getting on to the omsbudman how can a company like this get away with stealing poor peoples money or should I try the police has anyone got some advice please
