I need to call them again. More issues internet works sporadically. I really need it to work all the time. I was to get a free live stream tv device but needed to order it on laptop which didn't work. Ordered on phone and got charged 80.00. I need a credit. Also they sent cable boxes no cable to tvs. Plus I still need to get my gift card So not happy yet. Can't talk to a real person User's recommendation: Make sure you get everything and talk to a real person.
