Cannot open anything on internet - terrible connection, terrible customer service. ABB always wants to send a technician into your home to crawl around in an attempt to figure out WHY the internet speed SUCKS. A technician is NOT needed for a SLOW internet connection and intermittent phone service. SIck to death of this awful company. I am searching for new service now that ABB has switched to a MENU of costs - no more bundling of tv/phone/internet. User's recommendation: DO NOT BOTHER WITH ABB - just frustratingly BAD.
