Received email with 800 number to support. Watched the video very confusing, they advertised very simple and basic computer skills needed. I received a call from support, instead of helping me to understand he was interested in my credit card number to upgrade my membership. Once I told him I can’t even understand the first step he got rude and told me to call back if I need anything. Well I did and you won’t help me. I have requested refund several times, no one will respond.
