I am being threatened that they will cut off my internet due to payment being in arrears. I have never missed payment of this account and I have sent proof of payment to the consumers email address and with no luck I am now told that I am 60 days over!! Really??? Am so pissed off, you guys are useless together with your call Centre mxm.
